About Mr. Yadav

Mr. Yadav graduated in Law from the prestigious Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Where he was President of the Campus Law Centre Students Union in the year 2014-2015.

Mr. Yadav has started journey in his legal profession as an associate in Singh and Associates and worked there for 6 months and then with Mr. Jinendra Jain, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India.

Mr. Yadav has been handling matters pertaining to Civil Appeals, Writ Petitions, Civil Suits, Execution Petitions, First Appeals, Rent Control matters, C.M. Main Petitions, Matrimonial matters, Quashing Petitions, Arbitration matters, Negotiable Instrument Act, Petitions under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code among others before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and District Courts, NCDRC, Consumer Forums, Central Administrative Tribunal, RERA, among other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. He is also handling work related to various legal requirements of Corporate clients.

He has exposure in corporate advisory and litigation practice in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, various Lower Courts and Forums (including District & State Consumer Forums) and Tribunals (like AFT, CAT, DRT, and NGT) in Delhi.
