About Mr. Sibia

• After completing his Law, Mr. Sibia joined the office of Mr. Maninder Singh, Senior Advocate, where he learnt his trait in criminal law and built his expertise in matters under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Official Secrets Act, Arms Act, Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Indian Penal Code.

• After leaving the office of Mr. Singh, Mr. Sibia joined the office of Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Advocate, Delhi High Court, where he learnt his trade in Civil and Commercial Litigation. In the office of Mr. Sharma, Mr. Sibia handled matters about property disputes, money disputes, arbitration matters, Specific Relief Act, Hindu Laws, etc.

• Mr. Sibia has also worked with Cicero Chambers in Delhi and handled matters pertaining to Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Penal Code, Official Secrets Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, Mines & Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, Smugglers & Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, Code of Civil Procedure, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instruments Act,  before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
