About Mr. Kasana

• After completing his Law, Mr. Kasana joined the office of Mr. Sumeet Pushkarna, the then Central Government Standing Counsel, Standing Counsel for DTC, Legal advisor and Standing Counsel for Delhi Jal Board and Delhi Vidyut Board-ETF, State Election Commission, where he gained experience in matters relating de-allocation of Coal Blocks under Coal Nationalization Act 1973, Invocation of Bank Guarantees, Tapering Linkage of Coal, Foreign Trade policies, Service matters, Contractual disputes, Policy disputes, various PIL's, service matters, inter-se disputes between civic agencies, civil suits for recovery, Execution petitions, Recovery disputes, Elections of Municipal Corporation of Delhi. After leaving the office of Mr. Sumeet Pushkarna, he joined the office of Mr. Rajat Aneja, a renowned lawyer of Civil and Commercial Litigation in Delhi High Court and learned the trade in civil and commercial disputes.

• Currently, Mr. Kasana is representing various clients in matters relating to Arbitrations, White Collar Crimes, Criminal law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Trade Law, Infrastructure and Insurance, Environmental Laws, Service Law, Disputes with Corporations, Intellectual Property Law, Special Leave Petitions, Civil Appeals, Writ Petitions, Civil Suits, Execution Petitions, First Appeals, Second Appeals, Rent Control matters, C.M. Main Petitions, Matrimonial matters, Quashing Petitions, Negotiable Instrument Act, among others before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, NGT, amongst other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. He is also handling work related to various legal requirements of Corporate clients.

• Mr. Kasana regularly advises clients in International Arbitration being conducted under the aegis of The Grain and Feed Trade Association, London, United Kingdom and handling various international commercial arbitrations.
